WebQuests
What are webquests?
"A WebQuest is an inquiry-oriented lesson format in which most or all the information that learners work with comes from the web. The model was developed by Bernie Dodge at San Diego State University in February, 1995 with early input from SDSU/Pacific Bell Fellow Tom March, the Educational Technologystaff at San Diego Unified School District, and waves of participants each summer at the Teach the Teachers Consortium." (Webquest.org)
In the header, or below, find links to the webquests for your assignment. Your questions and answers can either be submitted in writing or via KidBlog.
Assignments will be expected to be complete by the due dates assigned. Students requiring extra time MUST talk to me directly about the reason and the needs. Students with limited or no internet access at home may also be given extensions provided that they are utilizing extra computer times in the classroom and during classroom study-hall times.
